1.1 Do you wrap the Gift Voucher?

Yes we do wrap the Gift Voucher before sending it to you, or directly to the recipient. 

 

1.2 How long will it take before I receive the Gift Voucher?

This depends on PostNL. For shipments within The Netherlands typically between 1 and 3 days. For expedited shipping choose the "registered post" option. 

 

1.3 Does the Gift Voucher fit in a regular mailbox?

Yes it does.

 

2 Validity
2.1 How long is the Gift Voucher valid?

The Gift Voucher is valid for one year.

 

2.2 Can I renew my expired Gift Voucher?

3 Payment
3.1 Can I pick up the Gift Voucher in the hotel and pay at the reception?

Yes this is possible. Please order the Gift Voucher through this website and select "retrieve at hotel" at both the shipping preference and payment method. The Gift Voucher will be ready for you to collect the next working day.
